Spring Renewal Workshop

Harness the Energy of Spring with Qi Gong & Acupuncture

Spend a rejuvenating Sunday morning embracing the energy of Spring to prepare for a seamless transition into Summer. As the seasons change, we are given dynamic opportunities to explore and embrace the energies around and within us.

Join us in a workshop designed to harmonize body and mind using two powerful healing practices—Qi Gong and Acupuncture.  With gentle movement followed by a balancing acupuncture treatment, this session is ideal for anyone wanting to explore these ancient healing techniques.

Qi Gong: Guided by Tania Baxter, an experienced Qi Gong teacher and Kinesiologist, you will engage in gentle movements and breathwork to activate and support the flow of energy (Qi) throughout your body.

Qi Gong is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and has been practiced for thousands of years for health maintenance, healing and spiritual development.

Acupuncture: Led by Kimberley Laurence, a Chinese Medicine practitioner of 15 years,  you’ll receive acupuncture to further harmonize your energy, promote balance and deep calm.

After the insertion of very fine, sterile needles into specific points on your hands and feet, you will rest and relax while your Qi is gently rebalanced.

Whether you’re new to Qi Gong or acupuncture, or have an established practice, this is a unique opportunity to connect and align your mind and body in harmony with the season.
